Welcome to Baltic Sail Regatta! Two ports, two countries, and one sea. The race starts in Rostock on 13th August and ends in Szczecin on 18th August.
In 2021, for the first time the Baltic Regatta was held on the route between Tallinn, Klaipeda, and Szczecin. Despite the pandemic, we managed to organise this extraordinary event that attracted over 30 ships. However, we are not going to stop there. Next year, we’d love to see you participating in our regatta on the Rostock – Szczecin – route.
We sincerely invite all sailing ships to accept our invitation and participate in the regatta, and provide an opportunity for young people, who have been selected to participate in the Trainees program, to sail your ships and experience an extraordinary adventure of a lifetime.
Two cities from two different countries: Rostock, and Szczecin<, have not given up and are still in the game. We decided to organize the regatta anyway with the following Rostock – Szczecin. Therefore, we want to invite you to visit our ports. Be sure that our hospitable quays, local communities and visitors are waiting for you. Without you, your tall ships and yachts and your crews, we will not succeed with the events we have planned. We all miss sailing ships and yachts at our quays, the abundance of masts, fluttering flags, and shanty music. The port cities are ready to take the sailing ships and exempt them from all entry fees, and provide mooring berths, electricity, drinking water free of charge, and offer a program to the crews.
